หนึ่งในศิลปินอินดี้ไทยคนแรกๆ ที่ได้ถือโอกาสแจ้งเกิดในเวทีต่างประเทศ และเป็นผู้จุดประกายให้ทั่วโลกเริ่มหันมาสนใจวงการดนตรีนอกกระแสไทย
โดยหลังจากเริ่มเป็นที่รู้จักจากผลงานใน ‘Manchild’ อัลบั้มอินดี้โฟล์กผสมผสานซาวด์อัลเทอร์เนทิฟที่ออกมาเมื่อปี 2017 ซึ่งมีเพลงหลากสไตล์หลายอารมณ์ทั้งเพลงจังหวะชวนโยก “Strangers in a Dream,” “Sweet Hurricane,” ที่โดดเด่นด้วยเสียงร้องทุ้มอบอุ่นของเขาเอง และเพลงสนุกชวนเต้น “Long Gone” ซึ่งถือเป็นตัวตั้งต้นไปสู่ผลงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จสุดๆ อย่าง “Lover Boy” ยิ่งเป็นการตอกย้ำว่าอัลบั้มนี้มีความสำคัญในการปูเส้นทางการเป็นศิลปินในระดับสากลของเขาอย่างแท้จริง
ซึ่งในโอกาสครบรอบ 8 ปีของอัลบั้มนี้ ภูมิจึงอยากเฉลิมฉลองการเดินทางของเขาและขอบคุณแฟนเพลงที่ติดตามกันมาตลอด ด้วยการนำทุกเพลงจากอัลบั้ม “Manchild” รวมถึงผลงานดังอื่นๆ ที่คุ้นเคยกันดีมารีอะเรนจ์เพิ่มสีสันใหม่ๆ ให้แฟนเพลงได้สัมผัสเพลงที่พวกเขาชื่นชอบในมุมที่ต่างออกไป พร้อมด้วยแขกรับเชิญมากมายที่เคยร่วมงานกันกับภูมิ ผลัดเปลี่ยนหมุนเวียนกันไปทั้งสองรอบ และที่พิเศษสุดๆ คือเราจะฟังเพลงจาก ‘EP Paul Vibhavadi Vol.1’ ซึ่งเป็นโปรเจกต์ Alter Ego ของเขา และจะได้เจอคุณสล็อตพอลตัวจริงเสียงจริงมาขึ้นเวทีเล่นเพลงเหล่านั้นสดๆ กับวงของเขาเป็นครั้งแรกด้วย
For many, Manchild was an entry point. Released in 2017, it blended folk, alt-pop, and effortless grooves, setting Phum on a path that led to "Lover Boy", the viral hit that made him a global name. Now, he’s revisiting the record with fresh arrangements, giving songs like "Strangers in a Dream", "Sweet Hurricane", and "Long Gone" new life.
Now, eight years on, Phum is returning to the album that started it all, but through a different lens. ‘Manchild Reimagined’ will see every track revisited, reshaped, and reworked, played alongside later material in ways fans haven’t heard before. A lineup of guest artists—old friends and new faces—will join across both nights, adding layers to the reimagining.
Then there’s Paul Vibhavadi Vol.1, Phum’s alter ego project. Until now, Paul has been a whisper, an idea living in the background. At ‘Manchild Reimagined’, he steps onto the stage for the first time, in the flesh, bringing those songs to life in real-time.
